Went and watched Superman V Batman, first day first show and i have never felt more disappointed from a movie before. It should have been called Justice League: The Prologue because that exactly what it was. A set-up for coming DC movies but nothing more than a bad paced clusterfuck on its own. Oh well, at least the CGI was incredible so it was worth going to the theater in 3D at least. ._.

It’s not a very bad movie per se but it totally did not live up to its hype and was a big waste of what could potentially have been a great movie. Also, the main plot was cliched as hell.

Hype is like poison to whatever you’re trying to sell. If you’re going to spend millions on an ad campaign billing your movie as something it’s not as well as skimping on the story you have no one else to blame but yourselves when everyone tears your movie to shreds.

The comic version, The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller is a bloody masterpiece. And yes, i felt the same way for Lex as well.
